Having cancer or a chronic health condition can be an "unknown zone" - lots of questions that lead to both hope and fear.
Listing your hopes and fears helps you understand where you have the control to do something.
TIPS
Use this tool to understand your fears and list all the hopes that you have. You will be able to determine where you have control which provides a sense of empowerment and relief. When we feel relief often we see solutions or ways to take action. See Example.
